What could these little red spots on the face be?
I was sick yesterday, which I thought was food poisoning for prepared food. Do not feel too bad when I woke up this morning, just a little dizzy. But when I walked into the bathroom and looked in the mirror I saw a lot of small red spots on the cheeks and around my eyes. What do these symptoms sound?
are itchy? maybe its eruption, that could break the blood vessels, should disappear in a week
